David Siegel oversees the Development and Tenant Project Management Service divisions of Stiles. Siegel is a veteran of the real estate industry, managing high-end, quality developments since 1984. Beyond development, he is deeply involved in the entire process, including all areas of sales, acquisitions, capital procurement, tenant improvements, leasing, construction and asset management. This gives Siegel the distinct knowledge on how to execute a successful development, from purchasing the land to marketing the property once developed. Siegel will discuss the new Greater Fort Lauderdale Alliance Permitting Program.

 

 

 

 

 

Gary Grass is the President of Ivy Development. He began his commercial real estate career in construction and later moved into analyzing real estate investment opportunities of vacant land and existing buildings. He established the company that would become Ivy Development in 1990. The company provides pre-construction and construction services including tenant build-outs and improvements.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Troy Parra is a Vice President with MJ Simpson with more than 25 years experience. The MJ Simpson Corporation has operated as a licensed general contractor in the state of Florida since August 12, 1992, specializing in construction administration design-build and project management.
