On-Demand Sessions Added to BOMA Southern Region Conference

Next month’s BOMA Southern Region Conference, April 13-15, is full of educational sessions, networking opportunities, and celebration of this year’s regional TOBY award winners. Registration is open now

Eight on-demand sessions have been added to the BOMA Southern Region Conference. Attendees will have access to these sessions throughout the conference and for a month following:

  • Identifying and Understanding Transferable Skills 
  • Ensuring a Diverse Pool of Candidates When Interviewing 
  • Developing a Culture of Leadership Development 
  • How to Develop a Legal Mindset as a Property Professional 
  • Technology That is Changing the Landscape of Sustainability and Wellness 
  • Developing an Asset Manager Perspective as a Property Manager 
  • Cultural Competencies in a Digital World 
  • Why Global Competencies are Vital for Southeast CRE Professionals

These are in addition to the seven live sessions at the conference, which range from succession planning, ESG, leading building operations and management in the new normal, understanding the tenant experience, and more. 

Registration also includes participation in the TOBY and Awards Program and Post-Awards Program Celebration. Additionally, conference registrants receive a complimentary one-month membership to CRE Insight 365, a growing library of more than 20 premium educational videos, webinars, and other resources.

BOMA Southern Region Conference – Unique Opportunity for Allied/Associate Members

The BOMA Southern Region Conference Enhanced Exposure Experience (EEE) features real estate service partners engaging in a 2-hour virtual networking session on Wednesday, April 14 during the conference. During the EEE, service partners will experience one-on-one time with up to 17 property management and building engineering professionals, including decision-makers and real estate leaders in the Southern Region. Additionally, all participating companies will receive a six-month premier listing on CRE Insight Journal Marketplace. EEE companies may choose from one of two time slots to participate on April 14 as long as they remain available. Select from the morning session (8:30-10:30 a.m.) or the afternoon session (1-3 p.m.).
