Michele Pellico 
  

Michele Pellico, RPA, FMA has been in the commercial real estate industry for twenty years. She is currently the Regional Manager of Florida for Property Group Partners, overseeing
City Place Towers and working on acquisitions and expansions for PGP in the South Florida Market.

Through the years, Michele has led her teams to win TOBY Awards through BOMA: (4) Office Building of the Year and (1) Renovated of the Year through BOMA Ft. Lauderdale/Palm Beaches and (1) Southern Region of US, TOBY for the Renovated category. Other achievements included her building receiving the first LEED Gold Certification in West Palm Beach from U.S.G.B.C. under the Existing Buildings O & M Category in 2011 as well as attaining BOMA 360 designation.

Professional accomplishments include BOMA Ft. Lauderdale/Palm Beaches Property Manager of the Year and while employed with CBRE from 2010-2013 she was named CBRE, Inc. Property Manager of the Year for two years, as well as Asset Services Leader and Team Leader of the Year in 2012 where she led a region of property managers in the Palm Beach Market. She is currently on the CREW National Finance Committee board.

Julie Palmer-Nicholson

Julie Palmer-Nicholson is a Senior Property Manager with Vanderbilt Office Properties, LLC.  Julie joined Vanderbilt when Northbridge Centre recently sold.  Previously, she had been with Crocker Partners for 15 months managing Northbridge Centre and Boca Raton Innovation Campus (BRIC).  Julie relocated from Tampa where she had previously managed two 42 story Class A Trophy buildings and later running the Tampa, Jacksonville and Panhandle markets for Asset Services.  She wanted to get back to her passion of managing Class A Trophy buildings and joined Crocker to manage and oversee a $12M major building renovation for Northbridge Centre in downtown West Palm Beach.  Julie has been in the commercial real estate industry since 1994.  She has a Master’s Degree in Business Management, is a licensed salesperson for the state of Florida and holds her Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation through BOMI International.  She has worked with institutional clients such as, Met Life, AIG, Greenfield Partners, DRA Advisors, Prologis, KBS, GLP and Invesco.

Megan Purdue 
  

Megan is a General Manager with Stiles Property Management where she has enjoyed personal and professional growth and development since her start with them as an assistant property manager in 2006.

Megan manages multiple types of commercial properties as well as assists and supports various portfolio teams.  She enjoys teaching and volunteers within Stiles to review and train on policies and procedures. She also thrives in LEED and green initiative centered buildings.

Megan has served as BOMA President from 2018-2019 and other board positions.  She has chaired the TOBY awards as well as won TOBY for both building awards and Outstanding Member of the year.

Melanie Schrul 
  Executive Director, BOMA Ft. Lauderdale/Palm Beaches, Inc.
 

With over 21 years of association management experience Melanie brings knowledge and passion to associations. Melanie is the former Executive Director of the Tampa Bay Chapter of NAIOP and has served on numerous associations’ Board of Directors. She is also the Executive Director for BOMA Greater Tampa Bay since October 2017.

Melanie has worked as the Executive Director for BOMA Fort Lauderdale and The Palm Beaches since February 2002 and was the Executive Director for BOMA Florida from 2006 – 2016.  Currently she serves on the BOMA International Executive Committee as the Executive Director Liaison, which is a 2 year appointment.  She is the past Chair for the BOMA International Association Executive Council and was hand selected from this region to serve on the BOMA One Standards Compliance Task Force.  In 2017 she was appointed as the Chair for the Local Education Services Forum for BOMA International. Mel (as she likes to be called) was instrumental in the BOMA Southern Region Conferences in 2007 and 2018 and has helped garner several BOMA International Awards for Best Practices. In 2004 she incorporated and owns Management Association Services, Inc. (MAS, INC.)

Mel received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies: Social Sciences and a minor in Sociology from Florida Atlantic University, although she started at USF.  Little known facts: She grew up on a ranch in South Lakeland, is a native Floridian and did stand-up comedy professionally in the mid-80’s all over Central Florida.

Lynda Bowie 
  

Lynda currently serves as Vice President for Modern Image Landscape & Design, a full-service commercial landscape maintenance contractor.  Prior to starting Modern Image with her husband Jeff in 2003, she worked as an Account Executive in the Public Relations/Event Management field.        

Lynda has been a BOMA member since 2004. She is very active in the local and currently serves as a Director on the BOMA Board. She is currently the tri-chair of the annual Ron Macklin Memorial Golf Open. She served as the co-chair of the Programming Committee from 2010 – 2016. Lynda enjoys being a TOBY judge which she has done since 2006. In 2011, she was awarded the Outstanding Member of the Year.

Kellie Boyle

Kellie Boyle is responsible for Newmark Knight Frank’s Property Management operations and personnel in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Tennessee and Texas. Ms. Boyle teams with local NKF leadership to strengthen and expand client relationships throughout the region. A 26-year commercial real estate manager, Ms. Boyle has substantial expertise in budget preparation, lease administration, physical management, tenant and client relations and financial reporting. In addition, she has overseen a team of real estate professional on portfolios in excess of one-million-square-feet of office, retail and industrial properties. Ms. Boyle joined NKF after serving as a senior real estate manager for seven years with CBRE in the Asset Services division.

Jacqueline M. Fermin

Jacqueline Fermin is the Associate Director for CBRE’s South Florida market. Jacqueline is a licensed real estate broker for the state of Florida and holds Real Property Administrator (RPA®) and Facilities Management Administrator (FMA®) designations through BOMI International. With over 24 years of combined office management and property management experience, Jacqueline brings a level of professionalism, expertise and mentorship that has made her blossom in the property management field.

 

Jacqueline has been involved with BOMA since 2007, serving as their President 2016 and 2017; she currently serves on the Board of Directors. She actively participates with many committees and has headed such committees as BOMA’s SLRP (Strategic Long-Range Planning) Committee; TOBY Co-Chair for 2015; BOMA Southern Region Co-Chair 2018 and will be one of the TOBY Co-Chairs for 2020. With three TOBY Awards (The Outstanding Building of the Year Award) Medical Office category in 2013-2014, 2014-2015 and 2015-2016 as well as a BOMA Southern Region TOBY for Medical Office category in 2015, Jacqueline is excited to be TOBY Co-Chair 2020 along side Julie Palmer-Nicholson, Senior Property Manager, Vanderbilt Office Properties, LLC.

Cary Fronstin 
  

Cary is a Partner at Foundry Commercial where he oversees property management operations for Foundry’s nationwide portfolio. Mr. Fronstin has an extensive institutional management background and has worked with some of the largest real estate owners in the country such as TIAA-CREF, Invesco Realty Advisors, Principal Real Estate Investors, Morgan Stanley, Prudential, RAIT, and RREEF. He has spent his entire 27-year career in the commercial real estate industry serving in the capacity as director of management, asset manager, property manager, and appraiser.

Cary has served as President of BOMA Fort Lauderdale and the Palm Beaches, BOMA Florida, served on BOMA International's Executive Committee and joined the prestigious group of BOMA Fellows in 2016. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree specializing in real estate from the Florida State University, earned the RPA and BOMI-HP designations from BOMI Institute, and LEED Green Associate designation from GBCI. He has served as our Government Affairs Chair since 2007.

Chris Rotolo 
  

Chris Rotolo, President of Stiles Property Management, offers clients more than 25 years of commercial property management experience. Prior to joining Stiles, Ms. Rotolo was the district manager for Gaedeke Landers, Ltd. where she was responsible for 15 Class A office buildings and a management staff in a region covering Miami to Washington, DC. Her duties included the reviewing and monitoring of financial and property operations, supervising personnel and tenant relations, and assisting in property acquisitions.

Currently, she manages executive responsibilities for Stiles’ entire portfolio of properties as well as all three divisions of Stiles Property Management, including tenant improvements, maintenance, and management. The Stiles portfolio represents more than 18 million square feet of commercial properties throughout Florida. Additionally, Ms. Rotolo is responsible for bottom line authority; supervision of managers and properties; training of employees and reporting to the owners of these demanding properties.

Most importantly, she works closely with individual managers of each property to guarantee that quality service to each tenant is kept at the highest possible level at all times. Ms. Rotolo has produced many innovative and successful projects including “Stiles Customer Service Program,” a tenant relations program which offers 24-hour service to all tenants in Stiles managed properties and provides tenants with benefits such as automated work orders and enhanced communication with management and field personnel. In addition, Ms. Rotolo was solely responsible for enhancing the Standard Operation Procedure Manual and has continually adjusts and improves Stiles’ management and maintenance operations.

Ms. Rotolo’s most recent and impressive achievement includes obtaining LEED AP certification from the USGBC. Through her leadership, Stiles Property Management has become recognized as an environmental steward who can assist clients in achieving sustainable properties.

Bunnie Willis 
  

Bunnie currently serves as Regional Property Manager with Patrinely Group, LLC.  She is based at the Cornerstone properties in Plantation, Florida.  

In addition to her volunteerism with BOMA, Bunnie received The Pinnacle Award in 2018, was voted Outstanding Member of the Year 2017, Property Manager of the Year 2006 and 2016, and she has won 7 prestigious TOBY awards, including a Regional TOBY in 2018.

Bunnie served on the FLC in 2007 and was nominated to the Board in 2008. Bunnie served as Secretary-Treasurer in 2010 and 2014, Vice President in 2011, and President for the 2012-2013 term. She also chaired the SLRP committee in 2011. Bunnie co-chaired the 2018 BOMA Southern Region Conference.

Bunnie co-chaired the TOBY Committee in 2007 - 2009, as well as being a judge in 2005 and 2006.  In 2009 - 2019, she continues as Chair (or Co-Chair) of the TOBY Judging Committee.  Bunnie continues in her role as Chair of the Education Committee in 2008 - 2019. She also serves on the BOMA Day and TOBY committees and served as our Website Committee Co-Chair.

Nicki O’Neill joined Stiles Property Management as an Assistant Property Manager in 2011 and was promoted to Property Manager in 2014. Prior to joining Stiles Mrs. O’Neill worked in Residential Real Estate as a licensed Community Association Manager where she attained a strong business mind and the necessary management skills to assist building owners, Board of Directors, vendors and tenants.

Currently she manages The AutoNation Building, a LEED Gold Certified 17-story Class A office building which also serves as the AutoNation Corporate Headquarters. Her portfolio includes One West Las Olas [headquarters for KO Lawyers and TEAM Enterprises], The Shops at One Plantation retail shopping center and Cornerstone Association in Plantation Florida. Prior to this, Ms. O’Neill managed the Stiles Headquarters building [Plaza at Las Olas] for three years along with other Associations and well known retail shopping centers in premiere locations throughout Broward County [West Lake Commons shopping center, The Enclave Shops at Coral Ridge and Galleria Plaza]. Mrs. O’Neill’s lengthy and diverse portfolio has enhanced her range of knowledge in the Commercial Real Estate Management industry while simultaneously developing her skills in maintaining an assorted portfolio.

Ms. O’Neill is an active member of BOMA Fort Lauderdale and the Palm Beaches local chapter. She sits on the Board of Directors Future Leadership Counsel and regularly attends monthly luncheons. In 2018 and 2019, Ms. O’Neill served as the BOMA TOBY Awards co-chair heading up the event. In addition to that, she served on the TOBY committee in various roles since 2014. In 2018 she was elected to serve as chairperson for the BOMA Southern Region Conference TOBY Awards held at the Margaritaville resort in Hollywood Florida.
