Megan Purdue 
  

Megan is a property manager with Stiles Property Management where she has enjoyed nine years of personal and professional growth and development.

Prior to joining Stiles, Ms. Purdue was an accountant in both the public and private sector of business. Megan currently manages two Class-A office buildings while participating in committees at Stiles to refine training, policies, and procedures and supporting fellow colleagues and their teams. M

egan is pursuing her RPA Designation and has supported Stiles buildings achieving LEED Certification (including her own) and is currently working on her building's LEED EBOM Re-certification. She is currently serving as the President for the BOMA FTL/PB Board of Directors. Megan has supported the TOBY Committee as Call for Entry chair in 2013 and 2014 and was the 2015 TOBY Committee Co-chair. She is also a participant on the Membership Committee. Megan and her team have been honored with three TOBY Earth awards at the local level, and a TOBY Earth award at the regional level and Property Manager of the Year.

Vice President 

Michele Pellico 
  

Michele Pellico, RPA, FMA has been in the commercial real estate industry for twenty years. She is currently the Regional Manager of Florida for Property Group Partners, overseeing
City Place Towers and working on acquisitions and expansions for PGP in the South Florida Market.

Through the years, Michele has led her teams to win TOBY Awards through BOMA: (4) Office Building of the Year and (1) Renovated of the Year through BOMA Ft. Lauderdale/Palm Beaches and (1) Southern Region of US, TOBY for the Renovated category. Other achievements included her building receiving the first LEED Gold Certification in West Palm Beach from U.S.G.B.C. under the Existing Buildings O & M Category in 2011 as well as attaining BOMA 360 designation.

Professional accomplishments include BOMA Ft. Lauderdale/Palm Beaches Property Manager of the Year and while employed with CBRE from 2010-2013 she was named CBRE, Inc. Property Manager of the Year for two years, as well as Asset Services Leader and Team Leader of the Year in 2012 where she led a region of property managers in the Palm Beach Market. She is currently on the CREW National Finance Committee board.

Kellie Boyle 
  Senior Portfolio Manager, Newmark Knight Frank
 

Kellie Boyle is responsible for Newmark Knight Frank’s Property Management operations and personnel in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Tennessee and Texas. Ms. Boyle teams with local NKF leadership to strengthen and expand client relationships throughout the region. A 26-year commercial real estate manager, Ms. Boyle has substantial expertise in budget preparation, lease administration, physical management, tenant and client relations and financial reporting. In addition, she has overseen a team of real estate professional on portfolios in excess of one-million-square-feet of office, retail and industrial properties. Ms. Boyle joined NKF after serving as a senior real estate manager for seven years with CBRE in the Asset Services division.

Jacqueline M. Fermin 
  Director of Property Management, Holladay Properties
 

Jacqueline M. Fermín, Immediate Past President of BOMA Fort Lauderdale and the Palm Beaches, is the Director of Property Management for Holladay Properties. A licensed real estate broker for the state of Florida, Mrs. Fermin holds Real Property Administrator (RPA®) and Facilities Management Administrator (FMA®) designations through BOMI International. Jacqueline also serves on the BOMA Southern Region Board of Directors. She was the 2015 SLRP (Strategic Long Range Planning) Committee Chair and is was the TOBY Committee Co-Chair for 2015 along with Megan Purdue. She has been a TOBY judge as well as a TOBY Team Leader various times throughout her tenure with BOMA.

With three TOBY (The Outstanding Building of the Year Award) Medical Office category in 2012-2013, 2013-2014 and 2015-2016 as well as a BOMA Southern Region TOBY for Medical Office category in 2015, Jacqueline and her team have successfully turned properties that were in need of management and operational attention into award-winning buildings. These successes took them onto the BOMA International competition in 2014.

Executive Director 

Melanie Schrul 
  Executive Director, BOMA Ft. Lauderdale/Palm Beaches, Inc.
 

With over 20 years of association management experience Melanie brings knowledge and passion to associations. Melanie is the former Executive Director of the Tampa Bay Chapter of NAIOP and has served on numerous associations’ Board of Directors.

Melanie has worked as the Executive Director for BOMA Fort Lauderdale and The Palm Beaches since 2002 and the Executive Director for BOMA Florida from 2006 - 2016. She is responsible for the increased size, participation and notoriety of BOMA FTL/PB, Internationally, state-wide and locally. She was instrumental in the BOMA Southern Region Conferences in 2007 and 2018 and has garnered several BOMA International Awards for Best Practices. In 2004 Melanie incorporated and owns Management Association Services, Inc. (MAS, INC.)

She also became the Executive Director for BOMA Greater Tampa Bay in October 2017.

Melanie received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies: Social Sciences and a minor in Sociology from Florida Atlantic University. She is the past Chair for the BOMA International Association Executive Council, a BOMA International appointment. Melanie was hand selected from this region to serve on the BOMA One Standards Compliance Task Force.  In 2017 she was appointed as the Chair for the Local Education Services Forum for BOMA International.

Lynda Bowie 
  

Lynda currently serves as Vice President for Modern Image Landscape & Design, a full-service commercial landscape maintenance contractor.  Prior to starting Modern Image with her husband Jeff in 2003, she worked as an Account Executive in the Public Relations/Event Management field.        

Lynda has been a BOMA member since 2004. She is very active in the local and currently serves as a Director on the BOMA Board. She is currently the tri-chair of the annual Ron Macklin Memorial Golf Open. She served as the co-chair of the Programming Committee from 2010 – 2016. Lynda enjoys being a TOBY judge which she has done since 2006. In 2011, she was awarded the Outstanding Member of the Year.

Ian M Cosman 
  

Ian joined the south Florida JLL team in October 2018 and currently holds the position of Senior General Manager overseeing operations at Broward Financial Center in the Ft. Lauderdale CBD along with Boca Village Corporate Center in Boca Raton. Broward Financial Center is about to embark upon a major capital upgrade program.

Prior to JLL, Ian help the position of a Real Estate Manager for Coastal Tower working for CBRE Asset Services South Florida. The property is a Silver LEED EB certified quarter of a million square foot class A office building in suburban Ft. Lauderdale. In 2017, he was promoted to Senior Real Estate Manager and he assumed management of Corporate Center, a 350,000 class A Office/Retail Complex in downtown Ft. Lauderdale. Before his departure from CBRE, he oversaw the development and design of a $20MM capital expense program which is currently underway. 

Ian has been a BOMA member since his arrival to South Florida from Toronto in 2006. He is extremely proud of prestigious TOBY awards for Renovated Building in 2013/2014 and the 250,000 square foot category for 2014/2015. Coastal Tower is a BOMA 360 certified property and Ian received the CBRE South Florida Sustainability Excellence award in 2014 and 2016.


He also co-chairs the BOMA Ft. Lauderdale/Palm Beaches membership committee, a role he took on in mid-2018; Ian is also a past board Secretary/Treasurer.

Cary Fronstin 
  

Cary is an Executive Vice President with Foundry Commercial where he oversees property management operations for Foundry’s nationwide portfolio. Mr. Fronstin has an extensive institutional management background and has worked with some of the largest real estate owners in the country such as TIAA-CREF, Invesco Realty Advisors, Principal Real Estate Investors, Morgan Stanley, Prudential, RAIT, and RREEF. He has spent his entire 25-year career in the commercial real estate industry serving in the capacity as director of management, asset manager, property manager, and appraiser.

Cary has served as President of BOMA Fort Lauderdale and the Palm Beaches, BOMA Florida, served on BOMA International's Executive Committee and joined the prestigious group of BOMA Fellows in 2016. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree specializing in real estate from the Florida State University, earned the RPA and BOMI-HP designations from BOMI Institute, and LEED Green Associate designation from GBCI. He has served as our Government Affairs Chair since 2007.

George has been a member of BOMA since 2008. He is very active in the local and serves as co-chair of our annual Ron Macklin Golf Event -  BOMA Day!. George has in the past been awarded the Outstanding Member of the Year Award, co-chaired TOBY’s Day-Of/Production team and served on the Membership Committee.

Chris Rotolo 
  

Chris Rotolo, President of Stiles Property Management, offers clients more than 25 years of commercial property management experience. Prior to joining Stiles, Ms. Rotolo was the district manager for Gaedeke Landers, Ltd. where she was responsible for 15 Class A office buildings and a management staff in a region covering Miami to Washington, DC. Her duties included the reviewing and monitoring of financial and property operations, supervising personnel and tenant relations, and assisting in property acquisitions.

Currently, she manages executive responsibilities for Stiles’ entire portfolio of properties as well as all three divisions of Stiles Property Management, including tenant improvements, maintenance, and management. The Stiles portfolio represents more than 18 million square feet of commercial properties throughout Florida. Additionally, Ms. Rotolo is responsible for bottom line authority; supervision of managers and properties; training of employees and reporting to the owners of these demanding properties.

Most importantly, she works closely with individual managers of each property to guarantee that quality service to each tenant is kept at the highest possible level at all times. Ms. Rotolo has produced many innovative and successful projects including “Stiles Customer Service Program,” a tenant relations program which offers 24-hour service to all tenants in Stiles managed properties and provides tenants with benefits such as automated work orders and enhanced communication with management and field personnel. In addition, Ms. Rotolo was solely responsible for enhancing the Standard Operation Procedure Manual and has continually adjusts and improves Stiles’ management and maintenance operations.

Ms. Rotolo’s most recent and impressive achievement includes obtaining LEED AP certification from the USGBC. Through her leadership, Stiles Property Management has become recognized as an environmental steward who can assist clients in achieving sustainable properties.

Lauren Stephenson

As the Vice President for Harvard Maintenance, Inc., Lauren Stephenson has over two decades of hands-on experience in all aspects of the commercial cleaning industry.

Lauren has been extremely active in BOMA for several years. She has served on the following committees; Programming, TOBY, Strategic Long Range Planning, Sustainability, 2007 Southern Region Co-Chair and served as the BOMA Florida Marketing Chair. Her awards include, 2008 BOMA Outstanding Member of the Year, 2010 TOBY Sponsorship Chair and 2010 BOMA Associate of the Year. In 2011 Lauren was honored as the Outstanding Member of the Year.

Bunnie Willis 
  

Bunnie currently serves as Regional Property Manager with Patrinely Group, LLC.  She is based at the Cornerstone properties in Plantation, Florida.  

In addition to her volunteerism with BOMA, Bunnie received The Pinnacle Award in 2018, was voted Outstanding Member of the Year 2017, Property Manager of the Year 2006 and 2016, and she has won 5 prestigious TOBY awards.

Bunnie served on the FLC in 2007 and was nominated to the Board in 2008. Bunnie served as Secretary-Treasurer in 2010 and 2014, Vice President in 2011, and President for the 2012-2013 term. She also chaired the SLRP committee in 2011.

Bunnie co-chaired the TOBY Committee in 2007 - 2009, as well as being a judge in 2005 and 2006.  In 2009 - 2018, she was the Chair of the TOBY Judging Committee.  Bunnie is the Chair of the Education Committee in 2008 - 2018. She also serves on the BOMA Day and TOBY committees and served as our Website Committee Co-Chair.  Most recently Bunnie was selected as the BOMA Southern Region Conference 2018 Co-Chair.
