Learn the Practical Applications of Medical Marijuana Rules & Regs in Commercial Real Estate

Join us for some insights about the rules, regulations, and laws of the controversial topic of cannabis. Our guest speakers are professionals with a long history in commercial real estate and well-respected in the areas of law, brokerage, and economic development. Each will provide a different perspective of what is happening in the market today. 





THE BROKER | Beth Azor is the founder/owner of Azor Advisory Services (AAS), a commercial real estate advisory and investment firm based in Southeast Florida. As its principal, Beth currently owns and manages five shopping centers in Florida and travels the country consulting with, brokering deals for and training associates in the retail real estate space. Beth also has over thirty years of experience in managing, developing, redeveloping and teaching commercial real estate leasing agents all over the country. She has taken it upon herself to guide budding and established retail real estate agents to conquer the market by offering commercial real estate training courses and workshops. 




THE ATTORNEYAlicia Lewis is a member of the Land Use and Zoning practice group at Greenspoon Marder. Ms. Lewis focuses her practice on land use, zoning, environmental and governmental law. In 2016, she was recognized as a “Rising Star” by the Daily Business Review for her work as a land-use attorney. 

Greenspoon Marder works to serve the public interest and seeks the positive reform of marijuana laws. Their team utilizes the legal system to advocate for the rights of medical marijuana patients, caregivers, and adults who use marijuana responsibly. Their attorneys serve as advocates for the reform of current marijuana laws.



THE TENANT | Robert Fronrath is the owner and operator of Florida Medical Marijuana Health Center. He and his partner formed Florida Medical Marijuana Health Center in October 2017 in an attempt to cut through all of the media’s misinformation on this subject and deliver the truth to all of the people suffering with qualifying conditions. There are currently three Florida Medical Marijuana Health Centers in South Florida.
