monthly speaker topic:

Changes in Workplace Culture and the Impact on the Role of the Property Manager

More and more, we are hearing about how the workplace is changing. We are hearing about how tenant expectations are changing and how property owners and managers are playing a larger part in cultivating the workplace environment – whether it be technology, events, or amenities. All of this has an impact on the day to day role of the Property Managers.

What is causing this? Is it workplace disrupters like WeWork? Is it the generational differences of Baby Boomers, Gen X, Millenials, and now Gen Z intermingling? Is it technology and the remote worker? The answer is YES.

JLL has been at the forefront of working with companies in using the workplace to reinforce their tenant's brands and be a business partner as you can see in the video below. In fact, the teaser for the video below reads:

Your workplace is the best platform to communicate your brand and culture to current and future employees. And how you value your people comes through in the comfort, flexibility, and effectiveness of your space. Do your employees feel inspired to come to work? Are they proud of your workplace and organization overall?

We are pleased to have JLL talk to us about the tenant expectations for the workplace and how that can impact the expectations.
