THE NEW WORKSPACE: A Property Managers Guide to the New Office

• limited to 60 attendees due to space restrictions •

The world keeps changing, and Property Managers keep adapting. We have never experienced the type of monumental shift that we saw in 2020. As our tenants return to the office and tenants begin to look at their real estate needs, we need to better understand the changes in workplace expectations.

We have invited an industry expert to review key learning concepts, including:

  • New vs. old space plans
  • Green/healthy initiatives
  • Common area upgrades
  • Construction costs
  • Me-space vs. we-space
  • Rotational workforce
  • Life Cycle and maintenance costs
  • Pro-active designs to head off tenant issues

This is an in-person General Meeting at Lakeview Terrace. For the health & wellness of our attendees, registration is limited to 60 people so please be sure to register early. Masks are required when not actively eating/drinking; attendees are expected to respect social distancing guidelines. See additional health & wellness guidelines below.

Jessica Browdy, LEED AP BD+C, founded J. Kelly Advisors in 2015, as a woman-owned boutique Project Management firm with practice areas in tenant/landlord representation for Corporate Interiors, Build-to-Suits, Hospitality, Life Science, Higher Education, MOB, Industrial, Mixed-Use, Data Centers, and Residential projects. Before JKA, Jessica built a successful career in the SFL commercial real estate market, initially as an architect, then working for one of the nation’s leading General Contractors as a Project Manager and Preconstruction Manager, finally transitioning to Client Advisory/Project Management Services. She utilizes her broad experience in the real estate industry to manage the key risks of project delivery, allowing them to focus on their businesses. She has been involved in several ground-up development projects, including medical office buildings, hospitals, low-income housing, data centers, satellite farms, educational facilities, and mixed-use buildings.
