2025-2026 Local TOBY Winners Announced
BOMA Ft. Lauderdale/Palm Beaches announced ten local TOBY® Choice Award winners representing outstanding commercial properties in Broward and Palm Beach counties at its annual gala on Friday, November 14, 2025. More than 450 commercial real estate professionals and guests gathered at the Kravis Center for the Performing Arts to celebrate this year’s entrants and their property management teams.
Recognized as the most prestigious awards in commercial real estate, the TOBY® (The Outstanding Building of the Year) Awards honor excellence in property management. All facets of a building’s operations are evaluated during the competition, from community involvement and site management to environmental policies and procedures.
Qualifying local TOBY® Choice winners may advance to compete at the regional level at the BOMA Southern Region Conference, with regional winners moving on to the international competition. The BOMA Southern Region Conference 2026 will be held from April 23-25, 2026, at the Grand Hyatt Nashville in Nashville, Tennessee.
