2026 Know Before You Go (BOMA Day)

Golf, Happy Hour & Dinner Attendance
If you registered for golf but can no longer participate, you’re welcome to join us for happy hour and dinner only if your golf spot is not filled by another player. If a replacement golfer takes your place, they will assume your full reservation, including happy hour and dinner. Without the proper ticket and wristband, we’re unable to accommodate additional guests.

Please note that happy hour and dinner reservations are not transferable. If you are golfing but not staying for the evening, your dinner reservation cannot be reassigned.

Check-In & Wristbands
All registered guests will receive a wristband at check-in indicating their event access. To keep check-in, seating, and operations running smoothly, only guests with the appropriate wristband may participate or remain onsite. Unregistered individuals will not be permitted to attend or assume another guest’s reservation.

Sold Out Event
This event is completely sold out, and we are unable to accommodate additional reservations. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us manage a full and successful event.

Tournament Play Format
Shotgun start is at 12:50 PM, and “par is your partner.”  To keep play moving and maintain fairness across teams, please pick up on a hole once your team can no longer achieve a birdie or better. At that point, record a par and proceed to the next hole.
 

Lunch & Activities Before Golf

Registration and lunch start at 11 AM. The buffet lunch will be served at the 19th Hole at Jacaranda Golf Club.

Driving Range & Putting Contest

The driving range will be open. That's where you'll find electric lemonade! 

There will be a putting contest on the putting green from 11:00 AM - 12:30 PM (One ticket = 3 balls for $10. The prize is $500.)

Just For Fun: We will have a chair-massage masseuse, a caricature artist, and a cigar roller.

Shotgun Start & Max Par Play

Our best ball contest will have a shotgun start at 1 PM. The maximum score on any hole played is par. If you hit over par, please pick up your ball and move to the next hole.

Trophies will be awarded during dinner for 1st and 2nd place, Most Honest Golfers, Straightest Drive, Longest Drive, and Closest to the Pin. All additional awards and cash prizes will be awarded at dinner as well.

For Your Enjoyment: Snack and beverage carts will be on the course to provide refreshments. We'll even offer a cool towel to help you refresh during the round. You will also find hydration stations, specialty drinks, and contests throughout the course, along with a fun pit stop at the 19th hole.

Raffles & Contest

We recommend $80 in cash or BOMA Bucks to play contests on the course. Beat the Pro and Air Launch contest accept credit cards on the course.
