Important TOBY Changes at Local Level
Important Changes
We understand that our local entrants may not be able to meet the time commitments required to compete in the BOMA International TOBY® competition. To ensure our property management community can benefit from competition, including education and peer reviews, we have created a pre-qualifying competition called the TOBY Choice Awards.
Beginning in 2024, entrants in Broward, Palm Beach and Martin counties must first compete and win the local TOBY Choice Awards to advance to the BOMA International TOBY® local, regional and International levels. The local TOBY Choice Awards criteria are largely based on standards set for the BOMA International TOBY® at the local, regional, and international levels.
